After the rain of the previous two weeks it was a pleasure to again be outside for training at AIS on Saturday afternoon.

Naturally the preschoolers and prep aged kids were inside where again a large gathering of parents helped with the skills our younger Shark Footballers are gathering.

Out on the main oval the conditions were warm, but again the kids were well catered for with parent involvement and it’s great to see the kids enjoying their Saturday afternoon training.

Games are slowly coming into focus for the older age groups, but the skill work is also an important part of the sessions and it’s great to see the kids in all age groups partaking in their skill sessions with enthusiasm.

Remember the sunscreen and plenty of fluid, two vital ingredients for surviving the extremely warm conditions in Singapore.

Hong Kong Trip

A reminder the Hong Kong tour on May 18 is approaching and we are finalising numbers. There will be teams for U7’s, U10’s and U13’s and it should be a fantastic weekend with football on Saturday and a possible trip to Hong Kong Disneyland on Sunday for those who may wish to go.

You can email sharksfc@ais.com.sg with the name of the child and the age group if you are interested in attending this tour.

Expressions of interest are open for the Melbourne trip for the AFL game at half-time between Hawthorn and West Coast at Etihad Stadium on June 21 and a game against Ivanhoe on Sunday June 23. Please let us know at sharksfc@ais.com.sg with your interest.

School Break

Just a reminder there will be no training at AIS on Saturday April 6. Training will be on as per normal on Saturday March 30 for those that will be around over the Easter break.

Here are a couple of pictures from last week's training.
